Since 2007, Eric has been involved in the management of many cross-industry and multi-disciplinary financial management, mergers and acquisitions and corporate investment and financing projects in Asia.

Successfully provided billions worth of financial services for central and state-owned enterprises as well as government related agencies, setting the groundwork for future strategic partnerships.

Non-Executive Lead Independent Director

More than two decades of experience in the field of finance and accounting that include working experience with US and Japan MNCs.

Previously the Chief Financial Officer of China Great Land Holdings Ltd. from July 2014 to March 2017.

Currently a Director of Accounts Pro Consulting Services Pte Ltd, providing enterprise solutions such as accounting, payroll and HRM software.

Non-Executive Independent Director

More than 20 years of experience in private equity, fund management and corporate finance.

In 1991, Mr Toh joined DBS Bank Ltd.’s private equity arm and  also in DBS Bank Ltd.’s capital market services arm. In 2000, Mr Toh jointed Temasek Holdings as the Director of Investments. From 2006 to 2007 and 2009 to 2012, Mr Toh was appointed the Managing Director of Emirates Tarian Asset Management Pte Ltd (“ETAM”), responsible for setting up and running the fund management operations. Mr Toh successfully transformed ETAM into an established boutique fund management outfit before he left in 2012.

7 years of experience helming the Audit Committee of China Great Land Co. Ltd., on top of being a Remuneration and Nomination Committee member.

Many years of erstwhile experience in financial, management and corporate control for listed companies, multinational companies in the capacity of Directors as well as Financial Controller.

Vice Chairman and President of Operations for China Capital Investment Group (CCIG), a cornerstone investor in Raffles Infrastructure.

Previously spent more than 10 years in the China International Council for the Promotion of Multinational Corporations under the Ministry of Commerce as well as in the China International Material and Equipment Trade Cooperation Centre.

Miss Ng oversees the finance function for Raffles Infrastructure, supervising the financial reporting for the subsidiaries in China and Singapore. 

Prior to joining Raffles Infrastructure, Miss Ng was the CFO and director for Camkids Group PLC from 2012 to 2015. She was also CFO for China Stationery Limited from June 2007 to 2011, and the CFO for Sincap Group Ltd from 2016 to 2017.

 Miss Ng has passed all three levels of ACCA and is currently a CA fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Account. She graduated with a Diploma in Accountancy from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore in 1993.

 

Mr Jiang is in charge of the financial reporting for the subsidiaries in China.

He has more than 15 years of experience in Corporate Finance and has extensive knowledge in accountancy, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions.

General Manager role of CRCCI (Bangladesh) Ltd., from 2015 to 2018.

Head of Overseas Department of the China Railway 23th Bureau Co., Ltd. from 2001 to 2014

Head of Technology Department of the Zhuzhou Bridge Factory from 1988 to 2000.

Principal Lawyer, Allan Tan Law Practice, and practices in the field of corporate finance, regulatory and compliance laws.

Admitted to the Singapore Bar in 1994.

Lead independent director of Nico Steel Holdings Limited which is listed on the Mainboard of the SGX-ST, independent director of CNMC Goldmine Holdings Limited, listed on Catalist of the SGX-ST.

Bachelor of Laws (Honors) degree from the University of Buckingham (United Kingdom) and a Master’s degree in Comparative Business Laws from the London-Guild University.

Called to the English Bar as a Barrister-at-law by the Honorable Society of Gray’s Inn.
